What is Qi Gong?
Chi Kung or Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves some meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises.
The character “Qi” means vital energy, information, breath or spirit. The second character “Gong,” means cultivation or mastery.
Qi Gong is therefore translated as “vital energy cultivation” or “mastery of your energy.”

Qi Gong Benefits
Qigong is simple, easy to learn, and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level.
My proposal is to create Qi Gong sessions every week, for 1 hour each, where you can decompress from the worries and stresses by embarking on a journey to work your Vital Energy or Chi.
With specified physical exercises I focus on Anxiety, Frustration and Lack of Energy, energysing your vital organs and creating Strength for everyday challenges.
Who am I?
I am Rui Catalão. designer, entrepreneur, daily practitioner and Qi Gong Instructor.
I discovered Qi Gong in China, where I made several spiritual and Tai Chi retreats. Qi Gong helped me deal with Stress and work with myself – Physically and Spiritually.
There I discovered a mission:
To share this ancient technique of working your Inner Energy (Chi) with the Western World.
